This is a quiet, older building about 2 km from the main market, and the rates are budget-friendly without any hype. Mr. Irshad, who is in charge, is a well-mannered young man, and the service felt homely. Our MAP booking covered breakfast and dinner, both freshly cooked and delicious. We also ordered Maggi and tea at other times and paid for those separately. A taxi can be called for the main sights at a fixed rate and within a set time limit. A good option for regular travelers with modest expectations.

We had a lovely stay as a family, and the rooms were very nice. The caretaker was humble too. Service could be slow, and the location is away from the main market, though having your own vehicle makes that manageable.

The staff, especially Irshaad, were courteous and generous, which made the place feel homely for my family. We had breakfast and dinner there, and he was willing to discount the listed food prices. Our checkout ran nearly three hours late because we were sightseeing in Baisaran valley, but the hotel didn't charge extra. The room for three was large, around 20 by 15 feet, with two triple beds. For the price, that was great. The hotel is in the circuit road area, about a 30-minute walk from the main market. We left with a very good impression of Kashmiri people and their hospitality, and I'd recommend it to future visitors to Pahalgam.

Mr. Irshad, the hotel owner, was friendly and very helpful. They cook the food at his home behind the hotel, and it was delicious. The place is quiet, with a nice mountain view, and there's hot water around the clock. It also felt like a romantic spot.

The rooms were shabby, and we had to ask before we got towels or toiletries, which wasn't ideal. Staff were courteous and helpful with our needs, but the service was very slow.
