At Brown Palace, Pahalgam, the peaceful setting and beautiful views made for a relaxing stay. Armaan Hospitality deserves special thanks for being warm and helpful. The staff were cooperative and kept us comfortable, and the food was tasty, like home cooking. I'd recommend it.

We found this hotel while scrolling through reels, and it turned out to be a great decision. The first snowfall of our lives at Brown Palace was unforgettable. The staff were kind, the food and ambience were excellent, and every corner looked beautiful. Our whole Kashmir trip went so smoothly that it felt over before we knew it.

A terrible experience. The hotel staff were very rude and unprofessional. We asked for heating in below-zero temperatures, at 3000 per room, and the receptionist replied that they provide similar facilities and no one complains about their service.
