The only drawback for me was that there's no lift. Even so, the design, atmosphere, and quality throughout the property made up for it. The interiors feel elegant and comfortable, and the materials and fine details show careful, precise craftsmanship. It has a real luxury feel. Mr. Manzoor made our stay comfortable and was always humble and ready to help. He arranged tea, breakfast, and food to suit our choices and convenient times. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates luxury and thoughtful design.

This has been our best stay on the Kashmir tour so far, and the resort felt truly premium and memorable. Thanks to Kashmir Ports for booking such a lovely place for us. Anyone visiting Kashmir should experience it at least once.

Faiz Resorts was a peaceful break from busy city life. The rooms were clean and well cared for, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help. The food was good, with plenty of tasty options. A comfortable spot for a refreshing stay.

The bonfire made the cold weather especially enjoyable and comfortable, and I also tried several coffees at the cafe. Mr Imran prepared them, and they were absolutely amazing. I had a lovely time at the resort, with excellent service and food throughout my stay.
