We only had one night at Lamrin Norwood Green, and I really wished we'd booked more time. The property sits among tea gardens with the Dhauladhar ranges nearby, and the location had caught my eye years ago when I saw Mr. Karan Grewal talking about Kangra tea on Rocky and Mayur's “Highway on my plate” on NDTV good times. Eleven years later, we finally got to stay there. Mr.Raman Dharwal welcomed us, showed us around, and was helpful right through checkout. Our butler Manvendra Dogra (Monu) brought hot tea and a warm dinner, always with a smile. His manner and body language really stood out. The rest of the staff also made us feel comfortable and at home. Great work, Karan ji. Your property is beautifully managed and the team is terrific. The room had a breathtaking view, and the food was amazing. We had a superb stay at Lamrin Norwood Green, with staff who were warm, attentive, and so hospitable. Raman Ji, Sanjay Ji, Jyoti, and Sonu Ji deserve a special thanks for their excellent service and pleasant manner throughout. Honestly, I enjoyed it even more than my stays at Taj Hotels. I'd definitely come back.
We had a great stay and will definitely return to Palampur. The tea gardens can be seen right from the room lobby, and the room, lobby, and pool area were all clean and well cared for. Everyone was polite, welcoming, and ready to help. Mr raman, Mr. dhaminder, and miss tanisha worked hard and were especially kind. Our meals arrived right on time, hot and fresh, and the food was delicious. We miss you, Palampur ❤️❤️❤️
The best part of the property was how warmly Maninder(Monu) and his team looked after us. There are lots of food choices, and everything was served with care and tasted great. The location is beautiful too, with scenic roads. I'd like to come back and stay longer.
Lamrin felt cozy and homelike, with neat rooms, friendly staff, and good room heaters throughout. The property is beautiful and the view is breathtaking. We loved our stay and would be happy to return.
