The rooms and washrooms were clean, and the facilities and service were very good. The staff were really nice and well mannered.

Breakfast has no buffet, you have to order it in your room, and there were no fruits. The food was very poor, and the serving utensils looked dirty, as though they hadn't been washed in a long time. My room was non-AC, though the booking details never said so. It smelled bad, was dirty, and had very old furniture. For business travel, there was no desk, kettle, or water bottle in the room.

The prices are very good compared with other hotels, and it’s close to the main market. The hotel was built decades ago, so some things are to be expected, but the area has filled up with buildings and become crowded. They’ve gone up in front of it and left the views below average. Apart from that location issue, everything was okay.

Palampur is a great place, though the prices here feel a little high. A simple non-AC room costs about 2000/- per day.
