Hotel Bagora Heights

The views of the Dhauladhars are stunning, and there’s a beautiful village and stream about a 20 mins walk away. For me, this is one of Palampur’s best-value properties, and a great choice if you’re looking to stay near Dharamshala and Palamour. The rooms are just right for this segment, the food is fresh and good, and the staff are kind and welcoming.

From the rooftop you can catch both sunrise and sunset, with stunning views of the snowy peaks. We had an Executive room with a balcony overlooking the snowcapped mountains, and the price felt very reasonable for the view and facilities. The owner is humble and the staff polite. The property was recently renovated, so the rooms feel modern, with smart TVs, WiFi, an electric kettle, 24x7 hot running water, good room service and a working lift. A real gem.

There’s beautiful open scenery all around, and the hotel has plenty of roomy spaces, from the dining hall and balcony to the garden and terrace. The rooms are spacious, the lavatory is in good condition, and the staff, all male, are very good. Food variety could be better, especially the choices with the complimentary breakfast or dinner. For the money, Hotel Bagora Height Palampur is one of the best choices for tourists or people traveling for work. Keep it up, Hotel Bagora Heights!

I spent four days recently in an Executive Room with a balcony at Hotel Bagora Heights. The room was spacious, clean and tidy, and the restaurant food was tasty and very good.
