The rooms are really good, and there’s plenty to do here for a stay, a celebration, or just a chance to play and learn. They host all kinds of events, from Holi and Navratri festivals to weddings, with indoor and outdoor spaces. Food can be delicious, though it’s not that great every time. If you’re in Gulbarga and want a proper resort-style place, this is it.

We went for dinner last night, and the food was better than we expected. Service was great too, even with a bit of a wait because the place was busy. It was worth waiting, and I’d definitely tell my friends to come spend some quality time here. The lawn seating was fully booked last night, so I’d like to try that soon.

There’s a large parking area, and the location is surrounded by a clubhouse. Inside, Zest Function Hall is spacious, beautifully maintained, and centrally air-conditioned. It seems ideal for hosting big, grand weddings.

We paid ₹2000 per ticket for the New Year (2026) party, and it wasn’t worth it. The event was badly managed and ruined our celebration. The music didn’t create a party vibe at all, with boring songs that didn’t suit New Year. Food was the biggest letdown: poor taste and quality, very few options, and unacceptable for the price. I wouldn’t recommend this party to anyone.
