Really disappointing. The bathroom had no water, the place was poorly maintained, and the walls were covered in Gutkha. Our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator. I wouldn’t stay even with a 50% discount. I don’t know why it’s part of Fab group, but I’ve lost respect for Fab hotels.

Good points: the staff behaved well, the rooms are big, the rates are budget friendly, and Miramar beach is nearby. The downsides are a very old building, cockroaches and bed bugs in the room and bed, an AC that didn’t work properly, a toilet flush that also didn’t work properly, and a limited breakfast.

The photos on the site are misleading. After booking with an advance payment, I arrived to find customers struggling with no water and no room service. The building is very old and in terrible condition. It’s really not a good place to stay. Very disappointed.

Quiet and calm, with staff who are cordial. The beach is walkable, and you can take a walk around late at night. Casinos are nearby too.

The rooms are great, well kept, and I loved the ambience. But the receptionist is arrogant and unprofessional, and clearly isn’t equipped to manage the hotel.
