The location is right in the center, close to the casinos and church, with shops and restaurants an easy walk away. Rooms were spacious and clean, the washroom was well kept, and all the basic amenities were there. Service was good too. Breakfast didn't have much variety, but there were enough decent options. I had a good stay.

The staff were friendly and cooperative, and the rooms were spacious and clean. For IFFI Goa delegates who don't mind a 15 minute walk, this is a good spot, just a stone's throw from the main church in Panjim. The WiFi could be better.

We came during the holiday season without booking, and the person at reception kindly found us a room without charging a high price. The reception and service staff were helpful. It's a renovated old hotel in the city center, kept neat and clean, with a good-sized room. Casinos and churches are close enough to walk to, so it may suit a trip with friends.

The staff and receptionist were very arrogant. They wouldn't even provide a water bottle, and when we asked about cleaning, they said no sweeper was available. The room wasn't cleaned.

For 3200, I expected much better service, and the room was so tiny it was hard to breathe. There were ants all over it. The breakfast was delicious, but the stay wasn't worth the price.
