The view from Gold Nest Valley Homestay is breathtaking, and the area around it is peaceful and scenic. The property is neat, clean, and well maintained, with a clean swimming pool and parking space for 3-4 cars. The caretaker was polite and helpful, and the food was decent. A great place for a family vacation, highly recommended.
We keep coming to Mahabaleshwar, and last weekend we finally found especially clean, neat accommodation. The villa is beautifully done and has an amazing view. The owners went out of their way to make us comfortable.

The meals were a real treat, with every dish tasting like a lovingly cooked home meal, from the local delicacies to the comforting flavors. If you want somewhere to relax, eat well, and be treated like family, this is a must-visit. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to come back!
We left our weekend at the villa feeling refreshed and grateful, and we’re already thinking about another visit. The location gave us both a peaceful stay and easy access to a nearby strawberry farm and nature trails. The property and its surroundings were beautiful. The host made sure everything went smoothly, with seamless communication and spot-on local suggestions for meals and things to do. With prior notice, the caretaker can also prepare food and is an exceptional cook. It was a joyful retreat that exceeded our expectations. Thanks to the host for a memorable escape.
