All they had to offer was a room, and it was a horrible experience. It was dusty and not clean, there was no lift, and the AC wasn't working in any of the rooms. There was no TV, the door locks were loose, and the bathroom door had no lock. No towels or toiletries, and no hot water either. The bathrooms were dirty and stinky, and the buckets were old and filthy.
Don't stay here. There may be better places. The toilet hadn't been flushed when I got the room. The guy handed me the keys and told me to take it. It was supposed to be an AC room, but even the fan wasn't working, and of course the AC wasn't on either. I was exhausted from my bike ride, so I went out to eat and came back to sleep without the energy to ask them to fix anything. These are basic things that should already be in place.
I was very disappointed with this hotel in Pandharpur. The service was very bad, the rooms weren't clean or secure, and the bathroom was awful. There was no hot water and no proper maintenance. The pictures on Google lead you to expect one thing, but the hotel is entirely different when you actually visit.
They had private parking, and the staff were good, but the hotel's cleanliness was very poor. It was below average, and the toilets were unbearable, beyond what you can imagine.
It's quiet and open, easy to reach on the main Satara Pune highway, and the staff are OK. The hotel is well equipped, though a little far from the city, and it's listed on online platforms like oyo and accepts online payments such as Google pay and phone pe. The problems were poor cleaning, no hot water, no wifi, and no TV in the room. They need to improve their quality.
