The rooms, service, and food were all excellent.

The corridors look like some old purani Hawelli, almost haunted. The fruit platter had no variety, and the papaya they served me yesterday seemed carelessly bought by the hotel. The curd didn't seem to be made from milk. Food quality is pathetic, and the staff's excessive hospitality feels like an attempt to cover up problems with the food infrastructure. The food feels like an intentional way to hurt the people staying here.

Oreo, their pet American bully dog, is probably the gentlest and friendliest creature around. The staff are friendly too, the rooms are comfortable, and the buffet has good breakfast and dinner options. It's a very nice hotel at a reasonable price, close to Panipat refinery.
