Breakfast was included in the price and promised, but it wasn't provided. Mr. Jatin Aroda, who had promised me the best facilities and service, couldn't be reached when I called because his phone was switched off. There was no parking, so I had to leave my XUV on a narrow road. The location was really bad. There was no full size mirror in the room, no hot water, the water taps were broken, and the towels stank. Worst hotel I've stayed in. I won't recommend booking through FabExpress.

The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the room geyser didn't work. Breakfast was included, but no service was available. The online booking team, through Mr Jatin, had confirmed an 8:00 am early checkin and charged me accordingly. But when I arrived, reception staff member Mr Nitesh wouldn't allow it, argued with me, and asked for another 500 Rs. I strongly recommend against booking here. The hotel management and staff are cheaters.

If the MakeMyTrip application isn't showing the right amount and funds, the hotel should remove its listing from the site. They should also make sure the rooms are neat and clean.

The rooms aren't actually as pictured. The bedsheets smelled bad, and the towels provided had already been used. There were no safety grills on the windows.
