I visited the restaurant on July 25, 2023, with my six-year-old child. There wasn't another customer there, but we were hungry, so we ordered breakfast. The tables were unhygienic and the atmosphere wasn't good. The food took 30 minutes, which was late, but we didn't complain. Then I found a plastic cutting edge in the vegetable sandwich my child was eating. Thankfully, he didn't swallow it and spat it out. At first I thought it was cabbage, but when I touched it I realized it was the edge of a piece of plastic. The staff said they'd accidentally cut the cream packet open and the plastic had gone into the sandwich. Seeing that carelessness was horrible. Our child was eating it, and as tourists we didn't know where to turn if anything had happened to him. There was no manager to report it to, so I took photos to post online and warn others. I can't forget this experience.

We came for work and paid for breakfast after being told it would be available by 8am. When I checked at 8, they said the cook hadn't arrived yet. The staff's work was poor, and it was a bad choice to stay at Hotel Pal regency. The beds were unhygienic, with lots of hair on the pillows and blankets, and the washroom was unclean. Wifi didn't work in the room, and the corridor internet was slow. Better to choose somewhere else 🙏🏻

The owner and staff behaved badly, the dining area was unhygienic, and the food was bad. There were bees and a smell everywhere. A very bad experience.

The rooms were untidy, with hair all over, and there was no water in the bathrooms. On top of that, the owner was very rude. A really bad experience.

It's in a nice market location, opposite the gurudwara, and the staff were nice. The room we got on the second day wasn't good, though. The cupboard was dirty, the shower pressure on the third floor wasn't enough for a bath, and the bedsheets weren't properly clean.
