The food was fresh, tasty, and served well, and I had a comfortable stay at Jaypee Siddharth Hotel. Naina was especially professional, polite, and helpful. She made us feel at ease and well looked after, which added a lot to the experience.

I spent a week in India and stayed at this hotel for the first and last nights, in two separate visits. My travel agency booked it as a five-star hotel, but these were by far my worst hotel stays in India. The prices are five-star, while the service felt two-star, and I wouldn't stay here again. There was no warm welcome when I arrived, and nobody offered even a glass of water. Some of the women at reception came across as arrogant. On my second visit, the woman who checked me in at 17:00 on February 4 was rude, slow, and in a bad mood. I was the only guest being served, yet she kept me waiting 20 minutes for the room key without explaining why. She handed it over without telling me the breakfast or dinner hours or what services the hotel offered. The room itself was okay, but a worker outside was hammering. There were no hand towels, bath mat, hairdryer, slippers, iron, or even a shower curtain. When I called to ask for them, I was told they had run out. Breakfast was geared toward domestic customers and unfortunately didn't offer much for different preferences.

The hotel has a calm, classy feel, and I found it warm and comfortable, a good fit for either a business trip or a relaxing break. I really enjoyed my time at Jaypee Siddharth Hotel and would like to return. The staff, from reception through to the restaurant team, were polite, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. The food was another bright spot, fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. Both breakfast and dinner tasted great. The team clearly cares about guests, and I'd recommend it for the hospitality and food in the heart of Delhi.

The room was clean and well kept, but service has gone downhill a lot compared with a few years ago. I wouldn't recommend it to a business traveler who needs to stay on schedule. I checked in late at night and found no towels or slippers. After several requests, it took 30 minutes to get a hand towel. In the morning, nobody picked up when I called for an iron. Later I was told all the limited number of ironing boards were in use, which isn't acceptable for a hotel calling itself five-star. Breakfast was rushed too. Staff were keen to note room numbers, but nobody showed us to a table or served us without reminders. Housekeeping was very poor, with only one staff member available after 11 pm.
