I was on my way to Trivandrum and stopped for a meal. The Kerala-style food was great, and the prawns were superb. Really nice hotel, lovely food ambience, and very good staff.

I was at a function here recently, and it was a terrible experience. The power failed in the middle of the event, and with no maintenance team on-site to deal with it, we were left in the dark for over an hour. Then several guests got stuck in the lift for more than 20 minutes. This venue clearly has serious maintenance and emergency oversight problems.

The highway location made the place easy to reach, and the food was delicious. Our rooms were spacious, neat, and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly. Booking was seamless, thanks to Raji's efficient help at reception.

The stay was comfortable. Rooms were good, and they provided a kettle and tea bags when asked. Dinner choices were limited, but breakfast was okay.

The place was neat and clean, with nice rooms and good service. There's an attached bar.
