We had lunch here last weekend with 25-30 family members and close friends. The atmosphere was cool, the food was great, and the service was friendly. The buffet costs Rs. 375/-, which is affordable for everyone. We had a memorable time and would definitely recommend it.

Since new management took over, we’ve had an excellent experience. The staff were great and made it feel homely. The rooms are well appointed and very reasonably priced for a 4-star hotel, starting at Rs. 2200. Meals are tasty and reasonable at Rs. 200, and the buffet has 30-plus dishes for Rs. 375/-. The bakery makes fantastic carrot cake and other items. There are also several event halls for different functions at reasonable rates. The ambience is beautiful, and it’s all good value.

The hotel was easy to get to, and the price was affordable. My room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The staff were welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived, and the food was very tasty. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

At Hotel Nia Palace, the restaurant had a lovely ambience and the food was good. Our room was clean, with a comfortable bed and fresh sheets, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will come back on our next trip.

We booked for 15 people on Friday afternoon for Saturday night, but on arrival they said they had no reservation. It took 30 minutes to set up a table, and they put us in the worst section even though the reserved area was empty. Most of the menu wasn’t available either, and service was very slow. Not acceptable for a luxury restaurant.
