I stayed here and ate here, and it wasn't great value for money.

The main plus is the 24-hour checkout time. The rooms themselves are good, but there's no hot water, WiFi, or coffee-making kit, and breakfast isn't included. At Rs.2000 a night, it feels very expensive compared with hotels of the same standard. The restaurant inside the hotel isn't operating either.

There was a bad smell in the room, and water from the AC was leaking inside. The bathroom had no locks, there was no heater, and maintenance seemed completely neglected.

The restaurant food was good, and both the room cleanliness and housekeeping were okay. The big problem was the bar on the property. It brought too much noise and too many people.

If I could rate it below 1, I would. The food was both poor quality and expensive, and we waited a long time for our order. We couldn't even finish it. They said the old menu card had been changed and they hadn't received the new one, so they didn't give us a menu. My nephew could come up with better excuses.
