Novella Concept Hotel & Cafe

Chapter 2 was my favorite: it had a private pool, lovely interiors, a spotless bathroom, and endless sea views with the sound of the waves. The whole property felt like it belonged in a photo. Novella Concept Hotel has a story built into every room, each one designed as its own chapter, and I really loved that idea. The food was fresh and the atmosphere peaceful. It gave me the kind of experience plenty of five-star hotels miss.

That patio view was stunning, and I could get a lot of studying done there. I spent a month in varkala for a yoga program and kept coming back to this cafe. Bongie and Sahad were always smiling and gave great service. The food was consistently good, and the affogato was my favorite, probably the best one I had on the trip. I'd recommend the place to anyone.

The one thing I wished the property had was a jacuzzi. Adding one would be the cherry on top. I spent two days in a deluxe room, and it was a great stay. The room was just right for a candle light dinner or breakfast at sunrise. I'd give it 10/10 because they deliver what they promise.

Watching the sunset from the balcony was the highlight of my two days in the Chapter 2 room at Novella Concept Hotel & Cafe. The sea view is incredible, and the in-house cafe has really good food, which was nice to enjoy with a coffee while relaxing and taking in the view. Staff were warm, polite, and always willing to help. It's a beautiful, calm place in Varkala, and I'd recommend Novella for the sea view, good vibes, friendly staff, and tasty food.
