The parking felt safe, and the rate was reasonable. We stopped for one night because we were too tired to keep driving. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the receptionist provided good service. It’s a good business hotel near Pathanamthitta, with good rooms and service. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on it.

The staff said the AC lounge bar’s cooling was weak because it was full, but I expected the air conditioning to work properly even with a crowd. It wasn’t cooling well when I visited, which made the place uncomfortable. I hope management takes the complaint seriously and improves the experience.

The portions were too small, and the beef wasn’t cooked properly or tasty. The chicken tasted like fish curry. I’ve eaten at the Hills Park restaurant before, but dinner today was a disaster and left me disappointed and annoyed. Please raise your standards.

The staff’s manners were so poor that we never got to order anything. We went to the AC lounge bar hoping for a nice morning, but left hungry and frustrated. The service was incredibly lacking. Avoid it if you expect to be treated like a paying customer.

At their Urban house bar, the food was decent, but the bartenders and service were mediocre. One particular guy was far too arrogant and spoiled the mood.
