The rooms are clean and decent, but the overall atmosphere didn't satisfy me. The management hasn't kept the surrounding area in good shape, and the reception looks like a Pakka local lodge. The bed is narrow, really only suitable for a couple. The building's name is also hard to spot. They should improve customer relations and staff selection. The caretaker who welcomed us was chewing tobacco, and kept spitting while talking. That isn't professional.

We got a room at MTS yesterday, and it was very clean. The staff treated us well, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

We arrived with a confirmed MakeMyTrip reservation made nearly a month earlier, but were told there were NO rooms available. My family, including my child, was left stranded. The hotel operates in partnership with OYO rooms, and I don't know whether MakeMyTrip or OYO was responsible, but how could a confirmed booking be given to someone else? Getting a refund has been a real struggle. A very bad experience.
