The room smelled really bad, and the AC didn’t work. I booked a super deluxe room through agoda, but at check-in they said there was no room at that price and told me to ask agoda. We had to pay them extra. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

We were all senior citizens, but the owner made us carry our luggage to our rooms and demanded the full tariff before we could enter. He had complete control over the lights and kept switching them off as he wished, so we had no light or hot water. It was so cold. He had no manners and was very uncooperative. I wouldn’t advise anyone to visit. Minakshi from Delhi

The electricity kept cutting out, which shut the AC off each time. Hygiene was awful too: the towels were dirty and smelled bad, and the soaps looked used and repackaged. They even supplied cheap ₹5 soaps that seemed unhygienic and previously used. Given the state of these things, I can only imagine how old and unclean the blankets were. The service and hygiene standards were unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and improves them.

The service was pathetic, and so were the hotel and its owner. Don’t visit.

The room ceiling looked really bad, and the staff were very rude.
