I only came for a general inquiry, so I haven't seen a full function. The manager was very helpful and gave me all the information. They have everything needed for catering service. It may be the best option if you want to enjoy a ceremony without worrying about money, since they charge well for good quality service. It is a little expensive compared with similar options, though.

The view is good, there's plenty of parking, and the place has a healthy atmosphere. It could work well for weddings or get-togethers of any kind. But options in the city are limited, and they seem to have a monopoly, charging very high prices for functions. The rates are even higher than in metro cities, and despite that, they don't deliver what they promise. On the day of your function there's no one to complain to. The waiters were bringing food from another wedding at the same venue. Greedy and irresponsible. I wouldn't recommend Utsav to anyone I know, only good for fake promises and high prices.

We used three double rooms on the night of 5thJuly 2019. The pictures can give the wrong impression. This place mainly hosts weddings and similar functions, and it seems they rent out rooms during quiet periods to make quick money. There was very little staff around to help, no catering, and the rooms were very ordinary, with fittings that had clearly been heavily used. I wouldn't recommend it.

We had a great time at my cousin brother's marriage at Utsav. The presentation was awesome, and there was good quality and quantity in all sections, with good staff. Located on mamoon pangloi Chowk Road in Pathankot, it's a good place for a marriage or other big service and has the biggest catering facility in this zone.
