Hotel New Delhi by OYO Rooms

It's hard to even find this place because it's so remote. And if you do get there, there may be nobody around in the evening, since they leave without an attendant. You can't get issues sorted out, and they make excuses. The owner also seems to collect fake reviews from people he knows to keep the rating up, as the five-star posts suggest. The behavior is unprofessional and there's no work ethic. Don't book here. Find somewhere else. One of my worst decisions.

I had an exam the next morning, so with it already 8 pm, I didn't have many options. The owner was rude and unprofessional, and refused to give me a room because I had booked online, but was willing to offer that same room for twice the price in cash. They did everything they could to make things worse. I left around 9:30 pm and had to find another arrangement then. A pathetic experience. If you have another option, I'd avoid this hotel.

I came from dehradun for an exam the next day, but the hotel wouldn't honor my Oyo app booking. They said they'd stopped taking Oyo reservations and wanted extra money if I wanted to stay. The manager was rude on the phone and simply said there was no booking, as if I was asking to stay for free. I spent the day before my exam wandering around until midnight and dealing with customer care, which cost me my time and peace of mind. Eventually I got a room at hotel sea view, 12 km away. I curse them for putting me through that. What would it have cost them to give me one room?

The property details shown online are all wrong. It's not a good place to visit, and don't pay in advance.
