The Shaurya

The only real plus was the location near gurudwara sahib. The rooms were in poor condition, with no visible upkeep, and the bathrooms seemed unhygienic. Only one towel was provided at first, with no hand or face towel; after several calls, staff brought one hand towel and one bath towel. For ironing, they gave me a ply table with ragged edges and no cloth cover, then simply tossed a bedcover over it when I asked. The food was not good and had very few options. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I spent three weeks here and had a very pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious, and the location is near the Dukhniwarian Gurudwara. Thanks to Alka, Anu, Neha, Deepak, and all the staff for being so generous and helpful.

We hosted a party here recently and enjoyed the experience. The food was delicious and the service staff were courteous and polite. Food service did run a little slowly, but the quality and taste made up for it. Keep it up.

I organized my wedding in patiala and hosted all my foreigner friends at the hotel. The team gave us plenty of flexibility with room cancellations and dates. We also held our engagement there, and the food was very good. Mister Bawa, the manager, was amazing, and the whole team was great. Thanks, Shaurya team.
