Collection O 27830 Hotel Green Forest

During my one-night stay with my wife and mother, the staff's behaviour was awful, and the hotel's infrastructure wasn't good either. They acted like Gundas, were arrogant and illiterate, and seemed to know nothing about hospitality. I had plenty of horrible experiences but won't list them all. I personally feel the hotel's license should be cancelled. I paid for three people, but the bed they sent for the third person was a torn, very dirty mattress with a much dirtier sheet. They wouldn't even provide half a litre of complimentary mineral water. They also stopped me from taking my Zomato food to the room and started arguing with me. My sister wasn't allowed to visit, so my family had to wait in reception for almost an hour with no fan or AC.

The hotel is great for the price, and the staff were courteous and supportive. But used Condoms were left on the table and bedside table. Even after I reminded them three times, nobody cleaned them up.

The management was very poor. My lock was broken, and it still hadn't been repaired after 5 days of my stay. They just kept saying a mechanic was coming and making a fool of me. The commode leaked, and the lighting was so bad that I bought a bulb and fitted it myself. They charge double for every food order, so check with reception before ordering. They make a fool of you.

It's on a subsidiary road near boring road, so the stay is calm and free from noise. The rooms are beautiful, the in-house food is delicious, and the staff are polite and courteous. The ambience was very good overall. You can book online on Oyo app.
