Requests weren't handled promptly or well, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable enough to affect a night's sleep. The room also felt neglected, with worn furniture and outdated decor. Linens and towels were stained, dirty, or musty, while the bathroom had dirty surfaces, mold, and unpleasant odors. Equipment such as the AC, plumbing, or appliances could be broken or malfunctioning, and essentials like toiletries, hangers, or glasses were missing or inadequate. These were my feedback points about poor hospitality and the rooms.

Walking around and climbing the stairs were the most annoying parts for me. There are necessary daily items available nearby, and public gatherings can affect the place. It can get noisy and annoying sometimes. Still, for staying all night or 2-3 days, it's much better than other hotels, and you'll definitely love it. Nice place to visit, if it's what you want. THANK YOU PLEOPLE AND GOOGLE MAPS.

They wouldn't change our room even though vacant rooms were available, and their excuse for refusing was poor. The room we stayed in had no attached washroom and was totally unhygienic. Miserable experience, with poor hospitality and management towards customers. WORTHLESS.
