The room was spacious, tidy, and comfortable, with the essential amenities. Hotel Buddha Inn was clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Staff were courteous and helpful whenever I needed anything. Check-in and checkout were easy too. I had a comfortable, pleasant stay in Patna. Thanks to the team at Hotel Buddha Inn for the warm hospitality.

There was a lot of noise coming from outside, and the rooms weren’t clean. The room quality, service, and food were all disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re after good accommodation with full facilities.

The rooms were dirty and badly maintained, and they charged extra for everything, even drinking water. When I kept asking for help, staff wouldn’t listen and behaved as if letting me stay was a favor. The manager and receptionist were especially rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, with no respect for guests. I paid extra to leave early and get away from the stress. This was a terrible hotel experience and, in my view, a scam dressed up as hospitality. I’d warn travellers, especially families, to avoid it. The pictures and information can be misleading, and there are better, more ethical places nearby.

The one snag is getting a ride from the hotel. Drivers sometimes can’t find the exact spot and get lost in the lanes, but shifting the pickup pin to the main road usually works. I’ve stayed twice and keep coming back whenever I’m in Patna. Booking, extending my stay, and paying are all easy through the app or directly at the hotel. The rooms are well maintained. On my first visit, I reported an AC problem and management fixed it promptly. It’s been a pleasant and reliable place to stay.
