The in-house restaurant had tasty food and a nice range of choices, and the central location worked well for both work and leisure. My room was spacious, clean, and kept in good shape. The staff were polite and helpful throughout. A comfortable stay in Patna.

It was easy to get around from here, with the main market and public transport nearby. The surroundings felt clean and quiet, and inside there was a tidy lobby and welcoming staff. My room had a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, good lighting, and fast Wi-Fi. It was spacious and hygienic too, with modern facilities. A good option for either a short or longer stay.

We had our engagement at Chanakya, and that went so much better. Choosing Panache for the wedding was a mistake. The management was awful and seemed to have a sneaky way of getting more money from clients. Their in-house decorator, Banti, charged 2.25 lakhs, yet not even 5% of the flowers were real. The decoration was below average, with some parts downright embarrassing. When we pointed out the problems, he was arrogant. If you want a memorable wedding, don't choose this place.

We were charged a lot for the rooms, but Netflix wasn't available and Amazon only had a basic subscription. Service was very poor, and the staff seemed badly trained. At dessert, there were no quarter plates, so people used regular plates, adding extra cost. Tables weren't cleared unless we kept calling housekeeping. Most of the decoration used artificial flowers, and the charges for it were far too high.

Breakfast was decent and had a good selection, and the staff made check-in and checkout easy with their friendly, attentive service. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean and well looked after, with good amenities. A pleasant stay and good value for money.
