The rooms were average and the price was reasonable, but service was practically nonexistent. There were repeated water problems and no electricity backup. The food cost a bit too much for the small portions.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and polite with every request. The restaurant served food at reasonable prices, and the team even let us use the kitchen. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice view from a quiet location. Thanks to the people managing the hotel through the winter, including the few chefs and kitchen helpers.

The manager was rude, and the bathroom flush had very low pressure. The room smelled awful, there were insects inside, and the toilets were so dirty I felt like throwing up. If you want to get badly let down, go there.

Right beside the hotel, the place renting boots and coats charged Rs 550 for items that cost Rs 200 elsewhere. The quality was cheap, and I couldn't see any reason for the extra charge. They were real big cheaters, and it was the worst experience I've had in Jammu.
