Hotel Suresh Inn

We had dinner included in our package, but because we were the only guests then, it came packaged from outside. At check-in, there was just one towel and one bottle of water for the three of us. After I asked, we were given three towels and two bottles. Our Ashtavinayak tour meant checking out at 6am on both days, but there was nobody at reception when we went down. The staff were asleep, and one person said, “Phone side pe nikal ke rakha hai.” This hotel was on our tour operator’s panel, so I expected them to know about the early departures. I also had to go downstairs at night after calling reception twice and getting no response. We stayed two nights, Friday through Sunday in Oct-25. The rooms were decent, but the service was pathetic. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The location worked well, with the hotel right by the road and rickshaws and taxis easy to get. Our family stay was good, and the rooms were neat and clean. Maintenance was good too, though the microwave wasn’t working. Breakfast was complimentary and decent in taste, but food was very costly. The staff were good, just too few of them, especially for cleaning. A good option for family or business trips.

Pandeji is such a humble person. He’ll accompany you and accommodate whatever you wish for. The rooms are spacious and big, and I’d love to stay again.

Save your money and book somewhere else. The rooms were awful and the toilets terrible. Please don’t stay here.
