The hotel's location on the map was incorrect, and the service was very slow. Our rooms smelled, while the food was just okay, neither particularly good nor bad. The manager said special requests aren't taken seriously when made online and that I should email or call them personally. Then why book online if I have to contact them directly? No special request was handled. I paid 4400/- per room per night, but breakfast felt like they were doing us a favor. There were only a few options, including parantha, tea, coffee, poha, and bhature, and they weren't appetizing. The butter served was local. At that price, at least Amul butter could have been offered. You'd expect a lavish breakfast menu for 4400/-, but there were just 4-5 items, with neither taste nor quality. Not recommended at all.

The warm hospitality made a big difference at Pine Heritage. Bhawani, the owner, was a genuine and caring host who made sure we felt at home. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with peaceful natural surroundings. In the evenings and late at night, the fog and stars made it feel magical. If you want calm surroundings, good vibes, and heartfelt service in Patnitop, I highly recommend Pine Heritage. I’ll definitely visit again.

We had beautiful views, good hygiene, and very helpful staff and locals. The location is quiet and peaceful, and worth visiting in both snowy weather and summer. My mother is 75, and they took good care of her. The food was amazing, and the kids loved it too. We had oil room heaters and electric mattresses. I'd love to come back with my family. A must visit.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection, from pastries to fresh eggs, and the front desk staff were especially friendly and helpful at check-in. After five nights, I can say it was a fantastic stay. The rooms were large, modern, and spotless. The whole experience was wonderful, and I’ll definitely be back at Hotel pine heritage patnitop jammu.

We had a nice walk in the forest beside the hotel, with pristine fresh air and beautiful surroundings. The location is ideal, and I hope they keep maintaining the property. We got a great deal by booking on arrival, and I think we were given a premium room. Ranjit, the manager in charge, was supportive and showed us around, while restaurant server Pawan Singh was courteous and prompt. We hadn't booked ahead, but after our driver suggested staying in Patnitop, I searched the night before and chose this place. We stayed at the end of February 2026. It was a new hotel that had been operating for a year. The room was great, with an excellent heater, geyser hot water, and heated mattresses. We’re from Mumbai and I was worried about the cold, but it was warm and comfortable, even with night temperatures of 4 degrees and daytime temperatures of 15 degrees. Each room has a balcony, although it adjoins the balcony next door. Service was great. We ordered room service and the food was excellent, and breakfast the next day was tasty too. With few guests, we were allowed to order à la carte.
