We stayed two nights, taking one suite and one superior room. Both were spacious, in good condition, and reasonably priced. The hotel is right by the highway, about five minutes from Payyannur town, with cooperative, nice reception staff and plenty of parking. There’s a bar, but it’s set apart from the rooms, so families don’t need to worry. The food is super tasty, and the complimentary breakfast had a good spread. Service staff do their best to meet requests, though I wouldn’t expect the level of service you’d get at a premium four- or five-star hotel. Restaurant meals can take a long time, perhaps because they cook fresh and have fewer outside diners than hotel guests. Try the phulka, dal fry, and gobi manchurian.
