Hotel Stella Continental

The outlook is good and the rooms are spacious, but the rooms feel dated now. The towels and bedsheets aren't nice, the toiletries are old fashioned and poor quality, and the floors were sticky during winter. Two years ago it was too good, but it has gone downhill. Wi-Fi had an issue and never connected despite many tries. The bar and restaurant are fine. At least room service is timely, quick, and punctual, and the front desk is easy to approach.

The elegant ambience and delicious food made our family birthday dinner at Stella Continental, Goraya, really memorable. Ganesh, our server, and the whole team looked after us so warmly and professionally. I’m especially grateful for the thoughtful birthday brownie. They made the celebration feel incredibly special.

The hotel has good accommodation and service, and Mr Ganesh, the captain, is a terrific server. He brightens people's day and makes the restaurant somewhere they'd want to return to. His cappuccinos make the children's experience amazing. I'd recommend this place!

We spent 12 nights here, the best nights we had in India. Everyone was friendly and polite, and the bar staff were professional and knowledgeable. The dining was excellent too: Ganesh Chouhan and the team took great care of us, the food was cooked perfectly, and we enjoyed both delicious breakfasts and fine dining in the evenings. At reception, Navi was especially helpful and welcoming. She took care of all our needs, even the small ones, always with a smile, and made us feel at home.
