The hotel is easy to spot from the road, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Each has an attached bathroom with a Geyser and two cupboards for luggage. The cheerful, helpful staff are always ready to make your stay comfortable. There's no pantry in the hotel, but they can provide food if you ask.
The service person was supportive and the AC worked fine, but the beds and cleanliness weren't up to standard. We had to change rooms three times before getting the right one. It's okay if all you need is one night to sleep, otherwise not really.
There was no room service, phone, almirah, desk, or chair, and no warm water at the tap. The place wasn't clean either. Staff took my phone and automatically gave the hotel a five-star rating on the OYO app. Very bad experience.
The staff are helpful, the rooms are nice, and it's a good budget property that's couple friendly. It's on the main road near the Sugar mill, Railway Station, and Bus Stand, but not in a congested area.
Pathetic stay. I wish I could undo the booking. I found blood stains on the bedsheet in my room, and nothing could be worse for a customer.
