The bathrooms weren't proper, there was no kitchen, and cleanliness was nowhere to be seen. The owner paid no attention to what customers needed, yet demanded full payment even for an advance booking and then didn't provide the services promised. Our guests from another state were put through this too. It was a complete waste of money, and it made me feel ashamed in front of my non-Punjabi guests. Don't fall for these lies. Better to sleep by the roadside than spend money here. Stay in Jalandhar or somewhere else. Worst hotel and owner.

They take your money, then claim they can't find your booking. This place felt like a scam and caused nothing but stress. Book somewhere else.

I've been travelling for the past five years and have never come across a hotel this bad. The service was poor. My advice is to never book here.

I came to a new place and had a really bad experience. There were no reviews, and I couldn't find any hotel at this location.

One of the worst OYO hotels I've ever seen.
