After more than 25 years as a customer, I'm saddened by how casually management treated this. We were having dinner with family when we spotted a small cockroach on the table. The waiter removed it, then we found a second. I told the waiter and shift manager, but got no positive response. We moved to another table and found a third cockroach. Even after I showed a video, management wasn't convinced and tried to negotiate the bill. The bill wasn't my concern. They should understand the importance of hygiene and people's health. Their lack of concern was shocking, and their casual attitude broke my 25-plus years of loyalty in a second. I hope they take this seriously and improve sanitation and staff responsiveness.

The food is good and service is fair. If you ask, they do provide things, though breakfast, which is included in the tariff, isn't ready before 8 am any day. The bar-restaurant gets noisy, and late nights may be why breakfast is delayed. The hotel is in the main market, so it's easy to get anything else you need.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and our rooms were clean and well maintained. But the food was the highlight for my friends and me on our visit last week. Every meal from breakfast through dinner was amazing and served warmly. We all liked the variety, especially breakfast. One of our best stays, highly recommend.

It's an average bar for a relaxed drink with friends. I come by on weekends sometimes, and recently visited with friends for drinks and starters. The drinks are reasonably priced, while the food is just okay. Nothing particularly good or bad, so it's decent for an occasional visit.

I stayed four days. The rooms were worth the price and clean when I checked in, but the staff didn't come to change the bedsheet or take the waste during my stay. Water was provided only when I asked. There's a restaurant with a bar on the ground floor. The hotel is about 1 km from DY Patil and PCMC hospital, with several shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a good stay.
