The food tasted good, though it was overpriced. The room itself was poorly kept, with old, unwashed beds. The TV and AC seemed to be there for show and weren’t useful. There was no Wi-Fi, free water bottle, or complimentary breakfast, and outside food wasn’t allowed. For a stay, Rs1200 felt steep.

The room service was poor, and the washroom smelled bad and wasn’t maintained. Curtains, sheets, and the comforter were all very dirty. For what they charge per room, they should at least keep the place in decent shape.

The reception staff came across as unprofessional. Power was cut for generator maintenance without telling guests who were already staying there. Early check-in seemed to depend on how you booked: direct guests were allowed in at 9.00, but I was kept waiting because my reservation was through OYO.

I enjoyed my stays at two of the Oyo properties. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. At Regal Inn Pimpri, the reception team were especially amazing and welcoming.

Everything in the room looked filthy, from the furniture to the bedsheet, pillow, and curtains. I’ll never stay at this hotel again.
