OYO 74900 R K Hotel

The taps ran black water and the commode wouldn't flush properly. Room privacy was poor, and the broken door locks meant I couldn't sleep peacefully. When we raised these problems, the staff member tried to pick a fight. The staff were arrogant and had no manners. A very bad experience.

The rooms looked nothing like the photos, and there were condom wrappers and used condoms around the room, including between the wall and bed and outside the bathroom window. Please avoid this hotel. We'd arranged the booking by phone and agreed on a price after I said we needed early check-in. Only after I paid online did the reservation person casually mention an extra ₹500 fee for checking in early, so OYO scammed us. When we were leaving, they asked again for my wife's passport, even though she's a foreign national. They then said they weren't allowed to host foreigners and that the attendant who checked us in that morning hadn't known. They also asked for our wedding certificate and took a picture of it.

For a room at a PG price, you can't expect a five-star hotel. The room was okay for what it cost, and the staff were friendly. Mine was missing a TV, though that may only have been an issue with my room. Overall, good value for money.

My driver said the hotel was noisy throughout the night. The place was very dirty, and the manager seemed focused only on collecting money. I wouldn't recommend it. I booked an AC room for my driver through MakeMyTrip, but when he arrived the manager demanded extra money for it and said he wouldn't provide an AC room. He started arguing. After I asked for the owner's phone number, he assigned an AC room. Does anyone have the owner's contact details?
