The owner or manager's conduct made us feel unsafe. Since we weren't locals, he spoke to us in a threatening, intimidating way, and the whole interaction felt more like harassment than hospitality. The room was listed online at ₹700, but once we arrived he demanded ₹1800 per day and pressured us to pay, without giving a proper explanation. He was rude and aggressive. The room itself was filthy and unhygienic, with basic cleanliness clearly neglected and no sign of proper maintenance. It made the stay extremely unpleasant. I strongly advise others to avoid this place, be very cautious about booking, and not rely on the online price. It was a terrible, stressful experience from beginning to end.

The management demanded more money than the amount already confirmed and paid on OYO, which felt dishonest and very unprofessional. The building is old and poorly maintained, with a terrible smell at the entrance and filthy, unhygienic rooms. Cleanliness seems to be ignored throughout. This was a deeply disappointing stay, and I would never recommend it. It wasn't worth the money or time. Tip Top Mahal is hardly 2 minutes away and, in my experience, is a newer hotel with clean rooms, good management, and a much better stay.
