The pigeon nest outside the room window is a health concern. There was pigeon poop all over the outside, so I've shut the windows for now. Please see the video. The bed linen is badly stained, the bath curtains are covered in mold, and there were no towels, dental kit, or shaving kit. The staff seem not to care at all, and the wayward service has been awful. Brahma regency was a dream destination back in 2013, but I think booking here was a mistake. It has become a nightmare, and I feel bad for this place.

Even though we booked two rooms for three people, they asked us to pay extra for a child, and the staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly. The executive rooms were horrendous and unhygienic. I wouldn't recommend this place even to my enemies.

A lavish hotel for the price, and it should suit many people on a budget. The food was good, and the staff were very polite.

A nice, affordable hotel with spacious rooms. The in-house restaurant serves vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, and room service is available. They also provide complimentary breakfast in the morning, mostly South Indian food, and it tastes very good.

The location is good, but the facilities are average and the rules are strict. Hospitality needs a bit of flexibility, but they wouldn't let me swap the prepaid breakfast from the day after my arrival to the arrival day. They said their rules didn't allow the adjustment.
