Good connections from this location. The rooms were good, but there was no soap or toilet paper, and the hotel's food prices are on the high side.

Mosquitoes and a strong cigarette smell made the room uncomfortable, and I struggled to sleep. The room also felt unhygienic. The complimentary breakfast was very limited, both in amount and choice, and the tea was barely 50 ml. Basic things were poorly managed too. There wasn't even a proper cup, just a cheap plastic glass for water, and I had to ask repeatedly before they brought an electric kettle. I wouldn't recommend staying here if comfort and basic hospitality matter to you.

The place was hard to find, and Fab hotel wasn't mentioned outside. There was cigarette smell in the hallway near my room. My room had no water bottle, the landline didn't work, and there was no TV recharge or dental kit.

The room stank of cigarette smoke and wasn't clean, and the lights didn't work properly. The A/C sounded like a generator. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, and contacting customer care at either Agoda or fab hotels was impossible. I booked for two days and wanted to change it to one, but they wouldn't allow it even with all these problems. Agoda also showed double occupancy when I booked, then only single occupancy on arrival, so I ended up paying double. This is a cheap, stinking lodge used for smoking, drinking and other stuff, and I wouldn't recommend it for families. I found the property name misleading, and the stay felt like a very unprofessional way to discomfort and cheat guests. Absolutely no stars. All their good reviews are fake.
