Even after I complained repeatedly, the staff didn’t take the lack of hot water seriously. We were there for two days with family, in their best super deluxe room, during extremely cold weather. The local staff didn’t listen, apparently because they knew there wasn’t another option.

It’s handy to have the station only about 500 meters away. We found the rooms clean and comfortable, and the staff communicated politely and professionally. There’s a restaurant for dining in, plus the hotel’s own kitchen serves tasty food at affordable prices.

Food took more than an hour to arrive when I ordered during my three-day stay. The washroom was really dirty, and there was no hot water each morning. The staff weren’t cooperative, and they don’t seem to know how to treat customers or follow guidelines. One of the worst hotels in Pipariya.

The food took ages to come, and the prices were high for what you get. Rooms were dirty, service was awful, and the staff were rude. A big name with zero quality.

They took too long to bring our order, and I didn’t like the hotel at all. I asked them to lower the price, too. Please avoid this place.
