The hotel has a good location and name, but management needs to work on hospitality. Broken furniture, dirty blankets, burnt bedsheets, and cockroaches in the rooms show how poor the condition is. Budget rates shouldn't mean lower quality. Guests have loud parties in their rooms late at night and disturb others, while management seems not to care and takes it casually, perhaps because rooms keep getting booked.
The service was very good, and the hotel has a nice, home-like feel. Everything was very good.
They took an advance payment when I booked and committed to providing hot water. But on a winter morning, there was no hot water.
The location is prime, especially with so few good hotels in the main town. They could offer much better customer experiences and really need some quality rooms.
The rooms are okay for the rate, though the landline, lights, and other things need maintenance. I can't remember the manager's name, but he was very polite. A hotel should be peaceful, yet some guests were abusing people after drinking alcohol.
