The restaurant staff were pleasant and helpful, so that part of my visit was very good. But when I went to use the ladies Restroom, it was very dirty. I tried to give feedback to the staff outside near the small shops, but the women staff there seemed to find it funny and made a joke of it. I explained that taking feedback seriously matters for the progress of their business, but it still ended as a terrible experience. I’ll never visit again. 👎

I came all the way from Kerala and booked the room for just one day. The team did an exceptional job, from the quality of the room to little things like providing water or a toothbrush. Highly recommended, keep it up!

A nice place to stay, with very neat and clean rooms. The service was good and polite, and hot water and wifi were available any time. Worth the money.

I stayed at The Grand Pacific Hotel for a weekend and had a fantastic time. It’s close to the beach and just a short walk from the city center. The room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, greeting me with a smile and going above and beyond with my requests. I highly recommend The Grand Pacific Hotel and would definitely stay there again!

Check-in was seamless thanks to the front desk staff, who were incredibly friendly and efficient. They were happy to help with my luggage and answer my questions about the hotel and the surrounding area. Thank you.
