Shiva managed our stay and surprised us with a room upgrade right when we arrived. Kalpana at reception was quick and efficient, Khushboo kept the room spotless every day, and Chef Narendran took care with every food request. The property was exceptionally clean, and staff were friendly and ready to help with any request. The welcome drink, warm greetings, and smiles made us feel relaxed and welcome from the start. Thanks to the whole team for adding such a lovely chapter to our Pondicherry memories. We’d happily return.

A quiet getaway with a peaceful boutique feel. The property looks lovely at night, and the pool area is thoughtfully laid out. The fresh, flavorful food was a surprise highlight, served with the feel of fine dining. The staff were courteous and made everything smooth. I’d come back without hesitation.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, and the hospitality stayed professional and outstanding throughout. Every meal was delicious and good quality. From the service to the stay itself, everything felt top-class. One of the best places I’ve stayed in, and highly recommended for a Pondicherry getaway.

The food was great, but the coffee was instant, and I couldn’t find any nearby coffee shops. I chose LeMiami because it calls itself a Spa and says comfort is a priority. I wouldn’t stay there again. Some staff were friendly and considerate, but others weren’t. The corridor to my room was dirty for the three nights I was there and was cleaned only as I was leaving. The bed was very uncomfortable, which I told them. I asked for comforters and was begrudgingly given two, then asked again the next day and received two more, one of them dirty and smelling horrible. I put it at the bottom of the bed and covered it with another comforter and a sheet. I felt quite ill. The young men who brought the dirty blanket were all smiles, which was disconcerting. When I first arrived, I went to the pool and a staff member came up behind me, saying I owed 50000 rupees for a Gold investment. I said no and told the front desk. That same person later helped me with a coconut, but I still couldn’t really relax around her. I also saw a staff member hitting a dog. He stopped when I told him to, but it was uncomfortable. There’s a pregnant cat that looks distressed and hungry. I told the staff. Construction was beyond LeMiami’s control, as were the unpredictable loudspeaker prayers and chanting, which sometimes went on and on and sometimes lasted only a minute or so. Serenity beach is very dirty and not suitable for swimming. There are also lots of stray dogs, so I felt uncomfortable walking. I submitted a video to LeMiami, and now it has disappeared from my photos. They rejected my review.
