I chose this place because the beach is close, and getting around from here was very convenient. We stayed in room 202, which had wide windows, good ventilation, and plenty of light, and management helped with our luggage. But we got our room after 1 pm even though check-in was listed as noon, and it was still being cleaned when we arrived. The sheets were worn and stained, and we later found cigarette butts under the bed in the living room. After lunch, with the doors shut, we came back and checked for a bad smell. Management also misplaced our room keys. The tap water turned discoloured at night, and there was no drinking water in the room. Room service was below par and the quality of the stay was negligible. I’m sharing this to encourage the management to improve its service and hospitality, not simply to leave a bad review.

The restaurant food was excellent, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. We did get bothered by the exhaust fan, which made a loud noise. Apart from that, everything was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Manora residency is a typical two-bedroom apartment, with a kitchen and dining area. We had a pleasant stay, and the service was top notch. It’s in a prime part of pondicherry, so I’d recommend it to anyone looking to stay around there.

Our queen/queen suite was really a two-bedroom apartment, with a sitting and dining room and a kitchen. We spent five days there. The White Town location worked well for tourists, and the property was clean and well kept. There’s a lift to every floor, breakfast came to our room, and laundry was available for a nominal fee. The manager and staff were attentive and helpful, doing extra to make the stay relaxing and stress free. Good value, and I’d recommend it.

A peaceful, safe-feeling place in a convenient location. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and happy to help with a smile. I’d recommend it for a pleasant stay and good service.
