The cleaner and owner were friendly, and the bathrooms were clean with hot water available 24 hours. Rooms were good enough for a budget trip. It's on a market lane, but we didn't find the surroundings disturbing. It takes a few minutes to get to the main roads, which was okay. We checked in early, so they gave us a small room until the others became available. We got ready there and went out sightseeing, then moved into our actual rooms at night. On the last day they let us leave our luggage at reception until it was time to go back to our hometowns. One suggestion: clean the dust in the corners by the beds.

My family, including my child, suffered a lot during our stay here. We had problems with the room, the service staff, and the lift, and eventually there was no water. I don't know what kind of maintenance other guests receive, but this was the worst service I've ever experienced. Please, families, don't stay here. For bachelors, it's up to you. I'm posting this as a recent guest, and I wouldn't come back unless they get things in order.

We only ended up here because we arrived very late and had no other hotel options. The room smelled awful whenever we walked in, the cupboard couldn't be used, and the sheets were filthy. There weren't even blankets, and there were no real facilities. The location was dirty too, and I won't even get into the washroom. Then a few cockroaches dropped out when I switched on the AC. It was one of my worst stays so far. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It could ruin your time with your partner, so visit at your own risk.

We arrived late at night for the room I'd booked through make my trip on 7th April 2023, but the front desk staff wouldn't give us a room. I called make my trip customer care and waited there for more than 30-35 minutes, but the issue still wasn't resolved. The hotel then refused to pay back the money. The staff were very rude and unprofessional, and so were the owner. Very bad service at night. Please avoid this kind of hotel.
