I called the hotel seven or eight times before arriving to confirm our stay, and I even had a confirmation. They told me I could pay at the property. But when we got there, they said no rooms were available. We were met with a dismissive response, and it was one of the worst experiences we’ve had. CheckIn had booked the hotel, but when I called them back, they just said they couldn’t help. Be careful with hotels that promise payment on arrival, and don’t rely on third party apps like CheckIn. In the end, no one helped. I’d stick to reputable hotels for an easier check-in.

The check-in was awful and rude. When I saw the room, it was in poor repair, with dirty walls and a mirror, and the bedding wasn’t clean. I went straight back to reception and said I was checking out because I wouldn’t accept that level of service. This place is on Airbnb, but the standard is appalling. It’s certainly not a place for foreign tourists. Maybe some Indians would put up with it.

They let me check in early without an extra charge, which was good. But my room had no TV and no bathroom light. I asked several times, and the woman at the front desk kept saying someone would come fix them. Nobody ever did. Since I was only there for one night, I didn’t make much of it.

I’ve never stayed in a worse hotel. It’s listed as an OYO, yet they wouldn’t accept my OYO booking and wanted three times the booking price. The staff were rude, the room was in very poor condition, and there were no basic amenities. I suggest avoiding this hotel and boycotting it.

The location was nice, and the room’s bedsheet was clean. Bathroom was fully good, towels were perfect, and housekeeping service was good.
