TS Grand

Mr. Sandip was especially helpful: he arranged a scooty at the hotel, suggested places to visit, and helped us communicate with locals. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the railway station. We stayed four days and had a great experience, with spacious, clean, comfortable rooms and polite, helpful staff.

Mr. Sandeep was especially supportive and helped make sure everything went smoothly. We stayed at TS Grand Hotel in Pondicherry for New Year celebrations, and it was an easy, pleasant stay from check-in through check-out. Staff were friendly and helpful, and requests were handled quickly and politely. In-room dining had good options, so ordering food was convenient. There was plenty of parking, and getting in and out of the hotel was easy for exploring Pondicherry. A satisfying, couple-friendly choice for holidays and celebrations, and I’d recommend it to couples, families, or groups.

We spent two comfortable days at Hotel TS Grand, around 15 minutes from White Town. The rooms were clean and good, and AC, hot water, and housekeeping all worked without problems. Manager Sandeep was very responsive. The hotel kitchen and restaurant were below standard, though, so you’ll need to find meals elsewhere. It’s a good budget stay in Pondi.

The staff were ready to go the extra mile to make the stay memorable. Sandeep Kumar deserves a special mention for helping us arrange a two wheeler and Uber cars at very competitive rates. The rooms were very clean, and the location was wonderful. I had a great stay at TS Grand hotel and would recommend it to everyone.
